Once ordered please reply to your confirmation email with BRIGHT AND CLEAR photos of your pet. The portrait is directly based off the chosen photo - so make sure it's a good one!
Your order will be processed and painted, pet portraits can take between 2 weeks to 1 month depending on size. Can be shipped for free or picked up/dropped off depending on proximity.
